I have been trying to lose weight for years.

After a few false starts, I got some good advice and this is what has been working for me.
1. I changed from supermarket products to healthier products for my home and personal use. (Mostly from Trader Joes, etc.)
2. I got a scale that remembers all my stats for me.
3. I eat 200 calorie snacks every 2 hours instead of meals.
Of course, the same recommendation everyone uses does apply. I mentioned to my chiropractor that I was going on a diet and exercise program and he was fine with it.
My Amazing Discovery
When I reduce my stress, my weight drops quicker.
It's not just willpower,
it's not just the nutrition plan,
it's not just exercise
or even just a combination of these three things.
I find ways to reduce my stress while on my program,
I recognize when I'm stressing and what's stressing me,
And I take steps to remove the stressors.
